Yes, you can make changes or cancellations to your reservation. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any necessary changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to your reservation. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before reservation are subject to change fees.
Our regular business hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday, from 11:00am to 8:00 pm. However, we offer a 24/7 reservation service for your convenience. If you need to pick up or drop off your rental car outside of our regular business hours, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional charges may apply for after-hours service.
